Sharing is caring, especially when it comes to knowledge. At Blush Aesthetics, we’re just as dedicated to educating fellow skin specialists as we are to educating our patients, so our owner herself—Erin Hennessey—offers medical aesthetic training near you.

Crafting confident careers

Aesthetics is just as much an art as it is a science, and mastering both is essential to delivering the results your clients deserve.

We already believe in you; we’re simply here to provide the support and resources you need to take your aesthetics career to new heights, so you can provide care with confidence and expertise.

Meet your mentor

Our owner and nationally recognized aesthetic trainer, Erin Hennessey, offers medical aesthetic training because she’s passionate about what she does. She doesn’t settle for “good enough,” and neither should you.

A 25-year track record of success

As a doctorally prepared registered nurse, Erin not only has in-depth patient experience, but also extensive experience researching and developing laser technologies. After graduating from Case Western University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Erin spent over a decade working in the Pediatric Intensive Care. There, she treated trauma and burn patients—an experience that sparked her passion for skin healing and regenerative treatments.

She then completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Case Western Reserve University with a focus on a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification, performing clinical rotations at Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. She also completed her Doctorate of Nursing Practice, with a focus in dermatology and educational leadership. Beyond patient care, Erin actively contributes to clinical trials and laser technology development, shaping the future of advanced skincare treatments.

Erin’s training experience

Since 2016, Erin has conducted hundreds of trainings, starting with aesthetic injectables and transitioning into lasers. As an independent trainer, she enjoys sharing her knowledge about effective on and off-label tactics.

Beyond device-specific medical aesthetic training near you, Erin also offers business coaching, working with other aesthetic providers to strategize marketing tactics. As a certified trainer for Sciton devices and national trainer for MedAesthetics, she travels across the world to conduct trainings for residents in plastic surgery, laser physics, group trainings, lunch and learns, and so much more.

Our promise to you

At Blush, we’re all about transparency. Erin doesn’t shy away from talking about her favorite—and least favorite—techniques and technologies, because you deserve honesty just as much as our patients do.

Through hands-on training and open discussions, Erin shares her in-depth knowledge to help providers refine their skills and make informed decisions. Mastering medical aesthetics isn’t just about learning the latest trends—it’s about understanding what truly works, what doesn’t, and why. By offering real-world insights and research-backed techniques, she empowers others to deliver safe and effective treatments with confidence.

What to expect

We’ll kick off the day with a focused training session, diving into key concepts before opening the floor for a Q&A session. After a lunch break, we’ll move into hands-on practice, working with devices brought in by local representatives to better understand how they work—and how they work with each other.

Then, you’ll have the chance to explore designated stations for more in-depth training on specific devices. We’ll close out the day with a final Q&A session, addressing any lingering questions to ensure you leave feeling confident. We recognize that every group’s starting point and end goal for training is unique, so we tailor your session and wrap things up with a quick survey to ensure we’ve covered everything you came to learn.

Why group training is so important

Our group trainings grant you the same scientific education as private training, but also the opportunity for hands-on learning and networking with other professionals in the industry.

This collaborative approach challenges you in a way that builds your skill set for real-world applications.
