Erin completed her doctoral training and Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Case Western Reserve University (graduating Summa Cum Laude) with clinical rotations at Cleveland Clinic and University Hospitals. With 12 years of Pediatric ICU experience treating trauma and burn patients and a specialized dermatology fellowship, she now serves as a national trainer for MedAesthetics, educating providers across the United States.

Building on this strong clinical foundation, Erin completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Case Western Reserve University with a focus on a Family Nurse Practitioner Certification.  Erin completed her advanced education with a Doctorate in Nursing Practice (D.N.P.) with a specialized fellowship in dermatology. Erin is certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She is currently a national trainer for MedAesthetics and shares her expertise and techniques all over the United States. She is an active member of the following organizations: Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses, American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, Sigma Theta Tau, Dermatology Nurses Association.

Gretchen Kuhlman is an AANP certified family nurse practitioner. She grew up in rural Ohio and began her nursing career at the age of 16, working as a nursing assistant. She received her Bachelor’s in nursing in 2003 from Bowling Green State University. In 2008, she graduated with honors from the University of Toledo with her Master Degree in nursing, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s award. Throughout the past 15 years, her experience as a nurse practitioner has included emergency medicine, family practice, neurology, and breast surgery. She has served as the OAAPN Bowling Green chapter leader for the past 8 years. She resides in Perrysburg, OH with her husband, three daughters, and her Tibetan Terrier. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, crafting, and lake escapes with her family.

Charlotte is a graduate of the Lourdes University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She worked Intensive Care for 3 years before specializing in Neonatal Intensive Care for 6 years. In the Neonatal ICU, Charlotte refined her nursing skills and mastered attention to detail. To further her knowledge and education, Charlotte received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the Toledo University. During this time, Charlotte worked as a clinical instructor to help educate the future of nurses working on their Bachelors’ degrees and Charlotte also worked in the Emergency Department, helping people endure some of their worst days. Charlotte is a member of the Ohio Association of Advanced Practice Nurses and The American Association of Nurse Practitioners.

She has two sons, Caleb (12) and Nolan (almost 2) and a husband, Brodie. Her dogs, Zoe and Zora are her best fur buds! Charlotte enjoys bodybuilding, reading, traveling and spending time with her family.

Charlotte’s love for skin health began long ago in her teens and twenties when she started her struggle with cystic acne which eventually led to scarring and discoloration. She has learned to love herself and her skin in her journey and she is passionate about helping others feel beautiful in their own skin!

Rachel Karaze is an aesthetic nurse practitioner with a background that blends acute care experience and the artistry of aesthetic medicine. With over six years in emergency and critical care nursing and nearly five years in injectables and laser treatments, she brings both clinical expertise and a personalized touch to patient care.
Originally from Nashville, Rachel earned her BSN from the University of Tennessee and went on to serve in ER and ICU roles in Columbus and Chicago, including nearly two years in a COVID ICU as a travel nurse. Inspired by that experience, she completed her MSN and became a Family Nurse Practitioner in 2023 while continuing her work in aesthetics.
